"Very neat hotel, friendly staff, quick service, hotel is well located close to the north gate, walkable distance from the temple. We took a four in one room, and it was very convenient. Has a parking for drivers, hotel food is reasonably good, not very expensive. In all recommend it for a clean fuss free stay."

Upon checking-in the hotel informed me that the mention of a pool was a mistake on their website and refused to cancel the reservation and provide a refund. The restaurant staff had no knowledge of hygienic handling of food. The waiter dropped food on the table, picked it up and served it on the plate in front of us. When questioned, he was clueless about what went wrong. They were arrogant in telling us to give the order in one go...
